3 Steps to Extend the Season Another 90 Days:

As the heart of the season winds down, most fireplace businesses watch their sales momentum fade and settle in for the slow months ahead. But what if you could keep that momentum going for another 90 days?

In this training, you'll discover how to turn the end of the season into more opportunity by following three intentional steps that keep customers moving forward. You'll learn how to use strategic promotions to revive stalled sales, implement follow-up systems that actually close jobs instead of creating more chaos, and master the art of writing estimates before customers leave—so they're positioned to take the next step right away.

By adopting these behaviors, you'll not only extend your selling season but also build healthier habits that eliminate the chaos cycle and help you win more sales in less time.

Salespeople who attend will learn:

  • How to Use Strategic Promotions to Drive Sales That Haven't Closed – Learn how to create urgency around legitimate business changes (like price increases or seasonal deadlines) that motivate hesitant customers to take action—without resorting to manipulative tactics.
  • How to Implement Intentional Follow-Up Time to Close Jobs on the Fence – Discover how to carve out dedicated time for follow-up work that keeps important tasks from falling through the cracks and transforms your follow-up from a chaotic scramble into a systematic process that drives results.
  • How to Write Estimates for Every Customer Before They Leave – Master the language and process for writing estimates in the showroom so customers can make decisions while momentum is high—eliminating the backlog of promised quotes and positioning more customers to schedule their in-home appointments on the spot.
