NSPS 2020:  Rules, Timelines, and Q&A

Are you ready for NSPS Phase 2? Have you been getting some strange questions from people in your store?  Where they are getting their crazy ideas? What should you be telling consumers?  What about your 2015 wood stove inventory?

Phase two of EPA's New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) is coming in May, 2020. In this breakfast meeting, get the skinny on the rules, which solid fuel appliances can be sold and by when. Discuss how to handle consumer's questions. We've been getting some interesting questions at the OHPBA office, especially related to which models can be displayed and the Oregon Heat Smart Rules and how they apply to all of this.
